  • Tags: All original tags and labels must be attached
  • Receipt: Original receipt or order confirmation required

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Size, color, or model exchanges available (subject to stock)
  • Price difference may apply for upgraded items
  • Same condition requirements as returns

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Electronics with broken seals (unless defective)
  • Hygiene-related products
  • Items damaged by misuse

How to Return
