- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging
- Tags: All original tags and labels must be attached
- Receipt: Original receipt or order confirmation required
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Size, color, or model exchanges available (subject to stock)
- Price difference may apply for upgraded items
- Same condition requirements as returns
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or customized products
- Electronics with broken seals (unless defective)

- Items damaged by misuse
